Michelle has been fabulous in arranging our trips. She has provided a great mix of value-guided tours and pre-and-post transfers and accommodation. She has arranged train and car leasing for our independent travel through France. Her advice and recommendations on all aspects have been incredibly valuable. She has gone above and beyond, providing maps and options for travel through France without comparison. She seamlessly included our stay with friends in a Burgundy Chateau for a week. The River Cruise was also a highlight after she managed to reschedule without issue. Her check-in with us to ensure key items had gone off without a hitch was amazing. Enlisting Michelle’s help to plan our Round the World trip was the best move we made. Using her network of contacts and personal love for travel, she developed a plan that went like clockwork and took us to over a dozen countries. The suggestions and feedback on our own ideas was always on point and the app she set us up, made each day easy with direct access to tickets and wonderful options in each location. I was very impressed with how she stayed in touch throughout the trip and even had prior warning of things like Italian train strikes that could have derailed our trip but she had options for us with time to choose the best course of action. I recently was very fortunate to travel from Christchurch to Wellington with the assistance of Michelle Van Dyk from TravelUn. Michelle exceeded all our expectations from the planning phase, the holiday phase and the follow up phase.  Michelle listened to our ideas and budget and gave lots of suggestions of possible accommodation, hire cars and transfers. Even when we wanted to change things during the planning phase, nothing was a problem.  Being away from home, just the two of us was definitely out of our comfort zone. Michelle was like a fairy godmother checking in on us via their special app and answering any questions that we had no matter the time difference! This certainly gave us peace of mind.
